The Museum of the Cape Fear Historical Complex collects, preserves, and interprets the cultural history of southern North Carolina from prehistory to the present. Through exhibits and educational programming, the complex raises public awareness of the past and its influence on the present. The historical complex also provides technical and professional assistance to nonprofit historical groups within its region.
The Historical Complex is composed of:
Guided tours of the 1897 Poe House Tuesday through Sunday (last tour at 4 pm)
